Rooms
The bedrooms are unique in both design and layout, and are among the most generous-proportioned in the region. 9 are converted from Bysantine old caves and one from a traditional stone arched room. The caves, insulated by the volcanic "tuff" rock stay at a comfortable temperature throughout the year and there are log fires in most rooms to add to the coziness when the weather is cooler. Each room has a bath, shower and WC in a large bathroom, telephone, tea or coffee making facilities and a hair dryer.
